☑ Metrc API Partner since May 2022
SeedSuite was created with a clear purpose: to support the safe, compliant production and sale of medical-grade cannabis in Oklahoma. Compliance is not a feature we added, it is the foundation everything else is built on top of.

OUR MISSION
Why SeedSuite exists
"SeedSuite is built to facilitate accurate tracking, reliable reporting, and transparent operations so that cannabis businesses operate responsibly and patients can trust the integrity of the products being sold."
- SeedSuite Mission Statement
Pharmaceutical products often come with harmful side effects. We believe medical-grade cannabis has the potential to replace some of those pharmaceuticals for many patients. When Oklahoma approved the medical cannabis industry, it created an opportunity to support patient wellness through regulated and safe production.
In the early stages of the market, regulatory structures were easier to work around. This made it possible for poor-quality products to be sold as medical-grade cannabis without proper oversight or accountability.
We want to be part of the solution. SeedSuite is built to facilitate accurate tracking, reliable reporting, and transparent operations so that cannabis businesses operate responsibly and patients can trust the integrity of the products being sold.
SeedSuite has been a Metrc API Partner since enforcement began in Oklahoma. Through years of working directly with Metrc's APIs and observing OMMA's increasingly strict enforcement, we saw a consistent pattern and built the solution around it.
OUR ARCHITECTURE
From API integration to Metrc-native
Traditional inventory management and POS systems simply connect to Metrc APIs. While functional, this approach introduced multiple fail points when transmitting data from dispensaries to Metrc.
Instead of building a POS system and attaching Metrc to it, we built the infrastructure around Metrc first. Then we developed the inventory management and POS layers on top of that foundation.
API INTEGRATION APPROACH
The problem with bolt-on compliance
× Small disruptions could create discrepancies between POS records and Metrc
× Discrepancies required forensic audits to trace and resolve
× Forensic audits cost time, money, and created compliance exposure
× Sync delays meant records could be out of date during an OMMA inspection
METRC-NATIVE APPROACH
Built around Metrc from the start
✓ Greater stability in data transmission, since Metrc is the foundation, not the endpoint
✓ Reduced synchronization failures across inventory and compliance records
✓ Stronger compliance accuracy, meaning records stay consistent by design
✓ Fewer reconciliation discrepancies requiring investigation
Supporting the Oklahoma Cannabis Ecosystem
𖠿
Dispensaries
We provide inventory management, POS functionality, and automated compliance tools that simplify operations and improve OMMA inspection readiness. Daily Metrc audits run automatically so discrepancies are caught before they become violations.
SeedSuite supports multiple stakeholders within the Oklahoma cannabis market. Our goal is to strengthen the operational integrity of the entire ecosystem.
🛡
Compliance Firms
We structure reporting and audit trails in a way that makes reconciliation more efficient. When dispensaries use systems designed around Metrc stability and compliance accuracy, compliance firms can conduct audits more effectively and with fewer investigative bottlenecks.
✿
Growers & Processors
Through our white-label marketplace model, licensed producers can sponsor dispensary subscriptions and increase brand exposure directly within dispensary POS systems. This creates stronger retail relationships and more consistent product visibility.
WHO WE SERVE
↔
Expanding to all Metrc states
Oklahoma is our primary market and where our compliance expertise runs deepest. However, SeedSuite works across all Metrc-integrated states, so operators outside Oklahoma can use the same Metrc-native infrastructure.
🤝︎
Deeper ecosystem partnerships
Compliance firms, growers, and processors all benefit from a more compliant dispensary network. We are building the infrastructure that makes those relationships stronger.
✦
AI-powered compliance monitoring
Trish is an optional add-on that runs automated Metrc reconciliation every night, flagging inventory discrepancies before they compound into reportable violations. Available to dispensaries that want an extra layer of automated oversight.
Focused on long-term industry stability
The Oklahoma cannabis industry continues to evolve. As enforcement becomes more structured and regulatory scrutiny increases, businesses need reliable systems that reduce risk and improve transparency.
SeedSuite is committed to building technology that supports long-term compliance stability rather than short-term operational shortcuts. We believe that strengthening compliance infrastructure ultimately strengthens patient trust, industry credibility, and market sustainability.
As partnerships develop with growers, processors, and compliance firms, SeedSuite will continue expanding its role in supporting Oklahoma's cannabis operators, and eventually, operators across all Metrc-integrated states.
